Once you have made contact with us, a Rescue I.T. Support Technician will begin to connect you to our system.

Supremo Remote Desktop is the interface through which our Technicians conduct remote support and communicate with you. The applet automatically removes itself from your computer at session conclusion. For more regular sessions with customers that we have a support contract with, the software can be installed as a service.


Connect In 3 Easy Steps:

  Step 1

   Click on Supremo button to download software and click "Run" when prompted.

You will see a Supremo Remote Desktop window, click "Start" to allow remote connections.

The Rescue I.T. Support Technician will then request your ID and Password to connect to your desktop.
